DIVISIONS & FLOTILLAS

The Auxiliary operates on four organizational levels:
Flotilla, Division, District/Region, and National

Division - Divisions, usually consisting of five or more flotillas, provide administrative and training support. Divisions are headed by a Division Captain (DCP), Division Vice Captain (VCP) and assisted by Division Staff Officers (SO).

Flotilla - The Flotilla is the basic Auxiliary unit, comprised of at least 15 qualified members. Flotillas are headed by a Flotilla Commander (FC) and Vice Flotilla Commander (VFC) and assisted by Flotilla Staff Officers (FSO).
