AUXINFO / AUXDATA
* AUXDATA report - scroll down to find names. Above are some pre-built reports from AUXINFO and AUXDATA. The AUXINFO reports use "zero suppression," which means that any row/column containing a zero is dropped. If you don't see a particular cell in a report, it is probably because both the row and column for that cell contained zeros. The data behind these reports is updated over the weekend so new data won't be seen until Monday or Tuesday of the week after it is entered. The row and column headings often allow "drilling down." For example, the left row headings are usually the divisions in District 11NR. If you left-click on your division, the rows will expand to show the names of flotillas. Left-clicking on a flotilla will show the Auxiliarists in the flotilla. You can also frequently drill down on the column heading. Experiment with the reports and you will find out what you can see. The browser's "back key" will usually get you back where you started. There are scroll bars on some of the reports, but scrolling may not always display all of the report. In this case, you will see several small arrows at the ends of the row or column headings. Left-clicking these will advance the display to the next page. You can go directly to AUXINFO...link if you would like to try to generate your own reports. AUXINFO report classes are often given at the PCA Fairs. The AUXDATA report, "Qualifications and Status (Training Status Unit Report)," is a good way to find all of your qualifications, their current status (CERTIFIED, REYR, NOT CERTIFIED), and what needs to be done to recover/retain a current active status. This report is generally run on a monthly basis and there is a cycle date at the top of each page. These AUXINFO and AUXDATA reports are something new and you can say we are having "sea trials." Let us know if this is helpful and what you would like to see. Where the Heck Did My Numbers Go? |
